Prim Paypon, 33, is a Filipino dreamagineer who founded “The Dream Project PH” – a non-profit, volunteer-based organization that helps build the nation by shaping and enabling collective Filipino dreams among underserved and underprivileged communities through creative education, social design innovation, youth voluntraining and community collaboration.
Early on, Prim realized his love for the arts and immersed himself in the art community through volunteer work in his hometown of Bacolod. He has now mixed his passion for the arts with his talent and love for community development by co-founding Curious Curator with his friend Karen Nomorosa. The startup is a Filipino art incubator and accelarator that envisions to be an alternative platform for up-and-coming artists specifically from outside Metro Manila. Highly collaborative, Curious Curator works with the artist to create concepts and themes that highlight the artist’s style and talent, connecting them with potential customers (art gallery owners, collectors, and new buyers) through well-curated exhibitions so they can develop a sufficient and sustainable market following.
